Short Description / Purpose of Job
Ensure that availability of all spares is maintained effectively in the maintenance environment.
Recruitment Description / Key Accountabilities
Manage the material resource planning process, to replenish plant specific spares.
Manage working capital apply spares philosophy at optimum level.
Effective compliance to commercial/ procurement process.
Manage and maintain plant IFS master data and Bill of Materials.
Sign off all Management Of Change.
Maintain spare part drawings, specifications and records.
Coordinate queries on spares with procurement, spares warehouse, creditors function and suppliers.
Verify, accept/reject all plant spares (QA).
Manage reconditioning process including the Quality Assurance.
Coordinate all “return to warehouse” process (RTS).
Assist with selection of spares and components for modifications and plant additions.
