Job description

​Provide an advanced, efficient, confidential administrative support

Deal with sensitive and confidential information

Co-ordinate & organize meetings / conferences / functions etc.

Ensure effective diary and e-mail management

Type documents and construct PowerPoint presentations

Screen telephone calls

General office administration - accurate and timeous processing of invoices, petty cash management

Provide end-to-end personal support

Timeously follow up on projects and actions for a large number of team members

Monitoring of budgets and expenses

Responsible for the group calendar and diary management

Tracking and consolidating travel budget and support with travel bookings and arrangements

Minimum requirements

​3-year Secretarial diploma or business orientated diploma or other relevant qualification

Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role

Confidentiality and use of discretion

Ability to ‘think-out-of-the-box’ / lateral thinking

High initiative/self-starter/proactive and anticipate requirements

Excellent PC literacy skills – Advanced Word/PowerPoint/Internet (ability to do on-line bookings), Intermediate Excel

Strong administrative and secretarial influence

Exceptional customer service and conflict handling skills

Analytical skills

Professionalism, excellent judgement, use of discretion, prioritization and problem solving abilities

High stress tolerance

Ability to work and make decisions independently
