Store Picker & Packer Needed

 Location Northriding, South Africa


ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


• Executing all assigned tasks assigned diligently, as scheduled, with the highest standards and quality.

• Receiving goods, unpacking, inspection , and validation

• Ensure obtaining proof of deliveries.

• Managing warehouse in terms of stock accuracy, timely receipt, and dispatch of material ensuring 5S is maintained.

• Conduct monthly physical stock verification.

• Working collaboratively with all team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

• Completing a range of administrative tasks.

• Ensure all customer orders are picked in the right quantity / quality to meet the customers needs and sales order requirements

• Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.

• Adherence to all company policies and procedures with regard to the receipt, storage and handling of all materials.


BACKGROUND, PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE & MINIMUM SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


• 3+ years of proven experience

• Self-confident, hardworking and leads by example

• Excellent verbal & written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal relations

• High attention to detail

• A team player

• Passion to serve

• Friendly, helpful and engaging personality

• Ability to multi-task

• Computer literacy (minimum excel intermediary level)


EDUCATION & LANGUAGE :


• Grade 12 or NQF 4 equivalent

• Oracle (advantageous) and MS Office knowledge (mandatory)

• Supply chain certificate (advantageous)

• Language: Fluent English
